Robyn Benincasa calls it "Human Synergy," the magic that happens when ordinary people achieve extraordinary things together. ?
She didn't come up with this in a boardroom. She came up with it in the jungles of Borneo and the highs of the Himalayas, racing 300+ miles as a team with nothing but grit, trust, and each other to lean on. As a World Champion Adventure Racer, 20+ year San Diego firefighter, and CNN Hero, Robyn has spent her whole life in situations where the individual doesn't finish. The team does.
That's the lesson she brings to the stage: talent wins moments, but synergy wins races. The strongest teams aren't the ones with the most stars. They're the ones who know how to carry each other, literally and figuratively, across the finish line.
That's why 6 Degrees proudly represents Robyn!

Chris Dyer?s 7 Pillars of Amazing Culture.
Great company culture doesn't happen by accident. It's built, pillar by pillar.
Chris Dyer spent years leading a fully remote company through recessions and a pandemic, and along the way he identified the seven elements every high-performing culture has in common.
No single pillar works alone. Together, they build the kind of culture that drives real retention, real performance, real results.
This is exactly the framework Chris brings to stages worldwide: practical, science-based, and built from real experience running the playbook himself.

On September 11, 2001, 343 firefighters ran into buildings everyone else was running from. They didn't hesitate. They didn't calculate the odds. They went, because that's what the job asks of you: total commitment to the person next to you, no matter the cost.
Robyn Benincasa knows that world intimately. She spent 20+ years as a San Diego firefighter while competing as a World Champion adventure racer, long before CNN would ever call her a hero. She understands, in a way most speakers never will, what it means to run toward danger instead of away from it, and what it takes to build a team you'd trust with your life.
Today, we honor the firefighters, first responders, and everyday heroes of September 11th, and every one who continues to serve in their footsteps.

$12 million raised. Hundreds of athletes supported. Brent and Kyle Pease aren't just finishers, they're founders.
In 2011, Kyle, who was born with Cerebral Palsy, asked a simple question: can people in wheelchairs compete in endurance sports? His brother Brent's answer was to build the vehicle to prove it. Together they founded the Kyle Pease Foundation, and what started as one brother pushing another across a finish line has grown into a movement: adaptive equipment, inclusive employment programs, scholarships, and educational outreach that's changed the national conversation around disability in sports.
That's what makes Brent and Kyle exceptional speakers. They're not on stage theorizing about inclusion, they're reporting from the front lines of a foundation they built brick by brick, dollar by dollar, finish line by finish line. Audiences don't just hear a message, they meet the proof that it works.
Want Brent and Kyle to bring that same energy to your next event?

Here's to the teams who do the work no one sees before they ever hit the stage.
The early mornings. The problems solved quietly, before anyone notices there was a problem at all. The showing up, day after day, for work that rarely gets applause but always makes the difference. That's what this day is really about. Not just rest, but recognition for the effort behind every result.
Today, we're taking a moment to appreciate every team, in every industry, doing the work that builds something bigger than themselves.
From all of us at 6 Degrees Speaker Management, Happy Labor Day ?

Chris Dyer's numbers don't lie.
300+ keynotes. 20+ countries. A 4.9 out of 5 average rating. Named #1 Leadership Speaker to Follow in 2026 by MSN. Named #1 Leadership Speaker on Culture by Inc. Magazine. And one of the Top 10 HR books of all time.
Every keynote answers the same question leaders are quietly struggling with: how do you build a culture that actually keeps people, and keeps them performing? Chris gives audiences a real framework to go do it, not just inspiration to feel good about for a day.

Fun fact: In 2018, Brent and Kyle Pease made history as the FIRST push-assist brother team to complete the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, Hawaii ? one of the most grueling endurance events on earth.
They didn't do it to make history. They did it because that's what brothers do for each other.
But history happened anyway.

? Brent & Kyle Pease ? IRONMAN World Championship finishers and co-founders of the Kyle Pease Foundation, proving that inclusion isn't a buzzword ? it's a mindset.

Here's what makes Brent and Kyle Pease unlike any other speakers you'll ever book: you don't just hear their story. You FEEL it.
Their presentations have brought rooms of hundreds to standing ovations ? and kept leadership teams talking about them for weeks afterward.
They're not a motivational moment. They're a permanent perspective shift.

When David Searns, Co-CEO of Haley Marketing, brought Chris Dyer in to speak at their SMART IDEAS Summit, he walked away with more than just a great review ? he walked away with a room full of guests talking about it.
Innovative ideas. Incredible insight. Practical, take-home advice they could actually use on Monday morning. That's the Chris Dyer difference: keynotes that don't just entertain, they change how teams operate long after the applause ends.
This is exactly why organizations keep bringing Chris back. He doesn't just deliver a talk ? he delivers results people remember.

Robyn Benincasa doesn't just talk about what makes a world-class team. She's lived it ? in burning buildings, across finish lines on six continents, and through a comeback most people would have struggled with.
Her keynote, The 8 Essential Elements of Human Synergy, breaks down exactly what separates a good team from an unstoppable one: Total Commitment, Empathy and Awareness, Adversity Management, Mutual Respect, "We" Thinking, Ownership of the Project, Relinquishment of Ego, and Kinetic Leadership.
One of those elements ? Adversity Management ? isn't just a talking point for Robyn. It's her story.
After years as a World Champion adventure racer and San Diego firefighter, Robyn faced a devastating setback: her hips gave out, requiring two full replacements. For most elite athletes, that's the end of the story. For Robyn, it was the beginning of a new one. She came back with two bionic hips and got right back on the race course, later channeling that same resilience into founding the Project Athena Foundation ? helping women survivors of illness and injury reclaim their own adventurous dreams.
As Robyn puts it: "It's not about the setback, it's about the comeback."
That's the difference between a team that folds under pressure and one that finds its next gear. Robyn doesn't just teach adversity management. She's the proof it works.

Every obstacle looks different from the outside.
Kyle Pease knows this better than anyone ? and together with his brother Brent, they've turned invisible barriers into visible breakthroughs.
Their keynote doesn't just inspire. It transforms the way teams think about inclusion, support, and what's truly possible together.
Aug 17, 2026
He didn't read about workplace culture in a textbook. He built it from the ground up ? leading a fully remote company through two recessions AND a pandemic, growing it to the Inc. 5000 list five times, and earning "Best Place to Work" recognition 15 times along the way.
Chris Dyer doesn't teach theory. He shares experiences, teaches what actually worked, and now he brings it to your stage!
Aug 13, 2026
Fun fact: After 20 years of racing through some of the world's most extreme terrain, Robyn was diagnosed with advanced osteoarthritis in BOTH hips. She's had six hip replacements. What did she do after the first one? She crutched down to the beach, flopped into her kayak, and became a Guinness World Record endurance kayaker. ?
Robyn Benincasa doesn't just talk about resilience. She IS resilience.

Sometimes the most impactful moments happen quietly.

After 20 years of racing through some of the world's most extreme environments, Robyn Benincasa got news that would have ended most athletes' careers.
Advanced osteoarthritis. Both hips. Six replacements ahead of her.
Most people would have called it a finish line. Robyn called it a pivot.
She couldn't run. She couldn't race. So she grabbed her kayak, crutched down to the water's edge, and started paddling. What began as the only thing she could do turned into something no one expected ? she became a three-time Guinness World Record holder in endurance paddling and set the women's course record for the longest non-stop paddling race in the world.
The race changed. The mindset never did.
That's what Robyn teaches teams ? it's not about the conditions you're given, it's about what you build with them.
At 6 Degrees, we believe the best leaders don't wait for the right circumstances. They create them.

Leadership. Inclusion. Perspective.
Some speakers share ideas. Brent and Kyle Pease share an experience that changes the way audiences think.
Here's their story: Kyle Pease was born with spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy. After watching his brother Brent cross the finish line of an IRONMAN triathlon, he asked one question ? "Can people in wheelchairs do IRONMAN?" Brent's answer? A resounding yes.
Years of training, setbacks, and "no's" from KONA later ? the two brothers made history as the first brother duo to complete the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. Together.
That's the energy Brent and Kyle bring to every stage. They challenge audiences to look beyond limitations, lead with empathy, and recognize that no finish line is ever crossed alone.
Their message leaves audiences inspired long after the event ends ? and equipped with a new way of looking at teamwork, resilience, and what's truly possible.

The right speaker does more than fill a stage?they spark conversations, challenge perspectives, and inspire action. What begins as a gathering of individuals can quickly become a shared experience that energizes teams, strengthens connections, and drives meaningful lasting changes.
That's the power of bringing the right message to the right audience at the right time.

There?s no one quite like Robyn Benincasa.
Keynote speaker. Two-time World Champion Adventure Racer. San Diego firefighter. New York Times bestselling author. Guinness World Record holder. Founder. CNN Hero.
Robyn's accomplishments are impressive on their own, but together they tell the story of someone who has built a career around perseverance, teamwork, and pushing beyond perceived limits. Her experiences give audiences a powerful perspective on leadership, resilience, and what?s possible when people come together to achieve a common goal.
The result is a keynote that?s as inspiring as it is actionable.

Some of the most powerful lessons come from changing the way we see people, potential, and the things that are possible.
Brent and Kyle Pease challenge audiences to rethink what's possible through a story built on determination, trust, and an unwavering commitment to showing up for one another. Their journey is a reminder that limitations are often smaller than we believe and that extraordinary things can happen when we focus on potential instead of obstacles.

6 Degrees Speaker Management is with The Kyle Pease Foundation and Best Buddies International.
Kyle and Brent Pease are headed to the 2026 Best Buddies Leadership Conference ("One Team, One World") in Bloomington, Indiana this July 17?20th, joining nearly 2,800 student leaders, advocates, and changemakers from around the globe.
For those who don't know their story: Kyle, who has cerebral palsy, and his brother Brent have spent over a decade racing marathons and triathlons together - Brent pushing, pulling, and carrying Kyle across finish lines all over the world. That journey led them to found The Kyle Pease Foundation, which helps people with disabilities access adaptive sports equipment and experience the freedom of movement and competition many of us take for granted.
It's that same message - that we go further when we go together. This is what makes them such a natural fit for a conference built on friendship, leadership, and belonging. Best Buddies has spent over 35 years building a movement around exactly that idea, and this year's theme couldn't be more fitting for two brothers who've built their whole story around it.
We can't wait to see Kyle and Brent share their journey with the next generation of leaders in Bloomington!

At 6 Degrees Speaker Management, we create experiences, not transactions.
We believe speaking is about more than bookings. It's about bringing together incredible speakers and clients through collaboration, trust, and meaningful relationships.
Connection. Support. Collaboration. Technology. Contribution. Growth.
These pillars guide everything we do, helping us stay connected to our speakers, connected to our clients, and focused on creating impactful experiences every step of the way.
May 29, 2026
Before we represent a speaker, we believe in their work.
Not just the presentation, but the perspective behind it. The lived experience and the impact those experiences leave behind.
At 6 Degrees, we partner with speakers whose ideas challenge, connect, and move audiences forward. That belief shapes how we advocate for them, support them, and how we match them with the right rooms they speak in.
Because when you truly believe in the message, it shows in every interaction and every experience we help create.
May 28, 2026
It starts with a moment most of us take for granted.
Standing at the start line. Hearing your name. Crossing a finish line with people cheering you on.
For many individuals with disabilities and their families, those moments are rare. Not because they don?t have the drive, but because the opportunity isn?t always there.
That?s why the Kyle Pease Foundation matters.
Founded by Brent Pease and Kyle Pease, the Foundation exists to create access where it?s been missing. Through adaptive equipment, scholarships, and inclusive programs, they?re not just supporting athletes; they?re creating moments of belonging.
Moments where someone gets to say, ?I did that.?
Moments where families get to cheer from the sidelines.
Moments where everyone feels included.
May 25, 2026
The best ideas don?t arrive fully formed. They grow through conversations.
At 6 Degrees, collaboration is at the center of everything we do. We believe every idea is worth exploring, shaping, and building together. Whether we?re working with speakers or clients, the process is never one-sided. It?s a shared effort grounded in listening, trust, and open dialogue.
We recognize that when people come together with different perspectives and a willingness to engage, ideas become stronger and outcomes become more meaningful.
May 22, 2026
The call comes in. No time to overthink. No perfect plan. Just a team stepping forward, relying on training, trust, and each other.
As a firefighter, Robyn Benincasa learned quickly that pressure doesn?t wait for clarity. Conditions change. Plans shift. And the only way through is together.
Her teams didn?t rely on perfection. They communicated, adapted, and trusted each other to carry the load when it mattered most.
Because breakthrough performance isn?t about having the best plan.
It?s about how your team responds when the plan changes.
Adapt. Overcome. Win as one.
Bring Robyn to your next event and give your team the mindset to move forward together as we begin Q3.
May 21, 2026
?Don?t sweat the small stuff? sounds wise.
Until it becomes an excuse.
When everything starts to feel like ?small stuff,? something shifts. Standards slip, details get overlooked, and over time, that habit makes it harder to recognize the moments that actually matter.
In Moments That Matter, Chris Dyer reframes the idea entirely. The goal was never to care less. It was never about checking out or lowering the bar.
It is about being intentional with your energy and staying sharp, so when a moment truly calls for you, you are ready to meet it fully.
Because if you are not present in the small moments, you will not be prepared for the big ones, and the moments that matter most rarely announce themselves ahead of time.
Bring Chris Dyer to your next event and give your leaders the tools to build habits that drive lasting performance.
May 18, 2026
For Brent Pease and Kyle Pease, curiosity is the opposite of invisibility.
When we stop asking questions, it?s easy to overlook people or reduce them to assumptions. But curiosity changes that. It invites us to slow down, to listen, and to see the full story in front of us.
On stage, Brent and Kyle challenge audiences to shift from judgment to understanding. To replace quick conclusions with real questions. Because the moment you choose curiosity, you make space for someone to be seen.
In their message, inclusion doesn?t begin with having the right words. It begins with the willingness to learn.
May 15, 2026
A speaker doesn?t just fill a slot on the agenda.
At the right moment, in the right room, a single voice can shift perspective, challenge assumptions, and spark something that stays with people long after the event ends.
That?s why speakers matter. They create a connection where there was distance, clarity where there was chaos, and momentum where there was hesitation.
At 6 Degrees, we believe in the power of those moments and the voices that make them possible.
May 14, 2026
The moment someone is given a title, something shifts.
For some, it feels like an arrival. Recognition. A step above the work.
The best leaders experience that moment differently, seeing not a privilege, but a responsibility.
Robyn Benincasa has seen the difference play out in high-pressure environments where leadership isn?t symbolic, it?s visible. The leaders who earn trust aren?t the ones directing from a distance. They?re the ones who stay close to the work, check in with their team, and take ownership when things don?t go as planned.
Because leadership isn?t about being above the challenge. It?s about choosing responsibility over recognition, service over status, and people over position.
That?s the kind of leadership others don?t just follow. It?s the kind they believe in.
Bring Robyn to your next event and equip your leaders to lead with clarity, accountability, and purpose.
